Is There Hope for Me?

God knows what I've done...

What God Sees

 • Is There Any Hope for Me?

• Am I lost forever?  Is there any hope?

Yes. You are lost forever.  God not only knows "what you did last summer," He knows you like a book. He knows the harder you try to be good, the more your character flaws will come into the light!

• You are lost as long as you think there is a single thing you can do to help yourself.

You are lost if you think you have any possibility of  making up for your sin.  (Isaiah 64:6)

You are lost if you think some religious ritual or great sacrifice will help you. You MUST be born again.( John 3:3, John 3:16)

You cannot outweigh the bad with your petty efforts at being good. ( Philippians 3:8-9)

• Your struggles and guilt serve a purpose!

It may be that God has allowed the very problems you are facing in your life to bring you to this moment of serious questioning.  Your issues, however grave they are, are no match for God's grace and forgiveness.  The truth is, the folks who think they have sinned the least are really the most lost because they do not see their need of a Savior!

(Matthew 9:12-13)

What God Says

• Yes, there is hope!

God never fudges on a promise.  He does not want anyone to persish.  He wants to bring  you into a right relationship with Him (2 Peter 3:9).

• God has gone on record!

God loves you so very much that He gave His Son to come to earth to provide you with forgiveness and eternal life! (John 3:16). The Bible goes on record as saying that God has given us eternal life, this life is in His Son and that you can receive God’s Son and become a child of God! (1 John 5:11, John 1:12).  These verses contain the promises of God - and He has never rejected a single person who believed them yet.  Your sin cannot exhaust God's saving grace.  Never let anyone tell you it can!

• Come rushing to Christ this very minute. There's no time to lose!

Today can be your day of salvation!  You can know with absolute certainty that your sins are forgiven and that you have eternal life!  Don't put this off!  (Hebrews 4:7).

• You can solve this problem without a pastor or priest.

You can know right now!
